Where we go
Home base is Arkansas City. We regularly work Winfield, Wellington, Derby, Mulvane, Haysville and Wichita in Kansas, and Ponca City, Blackwell, Newkirk and Tonkawa across the line in Oklahoma. No travel charge within 30 miles of Ark City; $3 a mile beyond that, quoted before we roll.

We come to campgrounds, RV parks, storage facilities and driveways. If your rig is parked somewhere between Wichita and Ponca City, you're in our regular area. Farther out is often possible — call and we'll tell you honestly what the trip would cost.
Town by town
Our shop truck lives here. Ark City, the campgrounds along the Arkansas and Walnut rivers, and the storage lots on the edge of town are inside the no-travel-charge zone — same-day when the schedule allows.
Winfield is our second home: the Walnut Valley Festival and the fairgrounds campground keep us busy every September, and we've fixed water heaters, macerator pumps and awnings in Winfield driveways year-round.
Wellington and the towns along US-160 are regular runs. Customers there have had rooftop AC units diagnosed and repaired at the house without hauling the camper anywhere.
The south side of the Wichita metro. Mulvane and Derby customers tell us we cost a fraction of what a shop would have charged — mostly because we don't replace parts we haven't tested.
Bigger jobs are worth the drive: roof reseals and replacements, AC swaps, appliance repairs and warranty work for rigs parked at Wichita homes, storage facilities and RV parks. Travel beyond 30 miles is $3 a mile, quoted up front.
Just across the state line. Ponca City, Kaw Lake campgrounds and the Newkirk and Blackwell area get the same service and the same published rates.
