Rooftop AC that runs but won't cool, trips the breaker, freezes up or hums — and furnaces that click, light and then quit. We diagnose the actual fault first: capacitors, fan motors, control boards, refrigerant-side failures, sail switches, igniters and limit switches. Replacement units are sourced and installed when a repair doesn't make sense, and we'll tell you which it is before anything is ordered.

Most RV water damage starts at a seam, a vent or a skylight, not the middle of the roof. We inspect the whole roof and every penetration, reseal with the right product for your membrane (EPDM, TPO or fiberglass), patch tears, and replace vents, skylights and fans. For roofs past saving, we do full membrane replacement. Hail-damaged roofs are a big part of what we do — we work directly with your insurance company and adjuster on hail and storm claims (more on storm damage and insurance).

Slides that won't come in at checkout time are our most common call. We work on Schwintek in-wall systems, rack-and-pinion, cable and hydraulic slides — motors, gearboxes, controllers, sync issues and seals. We get it in safely first, then fix it right.

No hot water, lukewarm water, leaks at the tank or a heater that lights and goes out — we diagnose electric and propane sides both. Elements, thermostats, control boards, igniters, bypass valves and anode rods, plus full replacement including tankless conversions.

If you boondock or lose power at the campground, a properly sized solar and lithium setup means the fridge stays cold and the furnace keeps running.
